I'm banking on the city turning around at some point. If Jenny from the block plays her cards right she could get businesses to move to the metro area at a steep discount to bring in quick revenue and build on that growth. However, with all the school funding cuts, automotive industries in a severe slump, suppliers suffering, and the unstable everything-else-market there doesn't seem to be an end in sight. Still, this city has a lot to offer we just need people to realize it.

In hindsight I probably should have bought a house somewhere else, time will tell... as long as I can stay employed I won't be another cheap property for someone to snap up.
